NPQSL

Our programmes put you and your school at the heart of the programme through a professional learning group approach that helps you to share your thinking and understanding within a well-planned framework. You will experience a blended approach of face to face, self-directed study materials and in school support to enable you to progress professionally and develop networks to enhance your career.

Run in conjunction with UCL, this qualification is facilitated locally by experienced senior leaders from our local community.  The NPQSL will support you to deepen your knowledge of Senior Leadership within a collaborative and open learning environment.

The programme will help you gain confidence and develop skills in:

• leadership knowledge and the specialist expertise needed to tackle school improvement priorities
• supporting the development of a positive, predictable and safe environment for pupils
• contributing to the strategic direction of your school and establishing an environment for pupil success
• helping staff feel supported and valued

In sessions both online and face to face you will investigate themes including school culture, supporting curriculum and assessment development, implementation strategies and working in partnership with parents and carers.
