NPQ Special Educational Needs Coordinator (NPQSENCO)

NPQSENCO

Based on the latest research and evidence, this programme will enable you to take your new learning and develop your skills and put them into practice.

The NPQSENCO will enable you to co-ordinate special educational needs provision throughout your school.  It will help you to work alongside other leaders to build a school culture in which pupils with special educational needs and disabilities can participate meaningfully in the full life of the school, achieve ambitious outcomes and make successful transitions to their next steps.

Our programmes have you and your school at their heart through a professional learning group approach that helps you to share your thinking and understanding within a well-planned framework. You will experience a blended approach of face to face, self-directed study materials and in school support to enable you to progress professionally and develop networks to enhance your career.
